Cobblestone Farms, one of Maricopa's premiere communities, stands on the west side of John Wayne Parkway as you first enter the City from the North. Team usage of the main park. We are currently monitoring usage of the main park at the lake by sport teams. The Cobblestone Farms common areas are for the use of Cobblestone residents only. Any teams wishing to use the common areas must apply for permission thru the community manager. The Common area use form can be obtained from the community manager and also can be found on the website.
